Outdoors
The Outdoor environment is planned with our “soft” Irish weather in mind by incorporating a large covered area which allows us to access fresh air most days.
We bring elements from the inside environment outside such as sensorial play with sand and water, art, music and much more.
The growing area encourages the gardeners of the future and the need to care for the plants instils a sense of responsibility and eventual achievement when the fruits of their labour become evident.
The provision of different areas and surfaces allows more than one group use the outdoors at any one time. The soft play area is a hit with the little ones while the older children enjoy developing their gross motor skills on the bikes etc on the hard core.
